Plane Tree
Height: Can grow up to 35 meters.
Characteristics: Its leaves resemble a hand. Its fruits are 2-2.5 cm in diameter, spherical in shape, and covered with spiny hairs. The species naturally found in our country is the eastern plane tree. It is found in forested areas and riverbeds. The plane trees with maple-like leaves and the western plane tree found in our cities are native to Europe and North America.
