OSB Smartply

Wood panels are made from logs obtained from specially cultivated pine trees, which are cut into chips of various lengths and thicknesses and then cleaned of dust and dirt. The chips are dried and then laid out in three main layers at right angles to each other (Oriented). The panels are then formed by impregnating them with resin to protect against water, moisture, and insects, and pressing them into plates under heat and pressure.

Holds nails, does not swell. Provides significant savings in labor and materials.
